Re. hospitality, I used to live on Logan Martin Lake, and with all the activities, we had major visitors, often a lot of them, on weekends. Here's the secret: Teach your children how to cook! My nephew, Joseph, and his wife have 7 children, and they all can cook. I taught my dau to cook at age 4, out of desperation. She had to be occupied in some meaningful way! She still loves to cook, and she learned the secrets of fractions early on.
